The Cataloft Villa is located in the upstairs of our Club House building away from all the dogs. The Cat Villas are built on two sides of the building. The center of the Villa is used for visiting Birds and extra playtime.
Our Cat Villas are large; each one is a separate room from floor to ceiling with multiple levels for our frisky feline friends to play and a window to safely watch the daily activities.
Four of our cat condos have a new fenced off area outdoors with more things to climb on. These condos are located on the hillside and have a window that opens to allow them access to go in and out as they wish during the day. Photo shown on our update page.
There are 9 Cat Condos in our Cataloft Villa. Each of the Condos has a slightly different layout from the other but they maintain the same basic amenities.

Playtime
There is endless playtime in the enclosed Villas but “Playtime” as described here is an additional service. It is for one on one time playing with a person, petting, brushing, lounging in the chair, watch a nature video or freely exploring the room.
Special playtime is available for your pets and special visits with k-9 friends can be arranged, if desired.
For Other types of Pets
Each Type of Pet is different and has different needs.
For example, Birds, Rabbits, Ferrets and Chinchillas are kept in our Cattery Building.
First Time Visitors Information
The first time you board a pet with us, it is helpful to give us your registration information ahead of time so we will have your paperwork ready and save you time on your check in process.
The information we will be asking for is; your name, address, phone, emergency contact person information, pets name, breed, color, sex, birth date, weight, neutered or spayed, Veterinarian name/number, Vaccine dates, feeding schedule, medication schedule if needed and knowledge of things your pet loves and any fears or problems to better serve them.
We will also need to know if you want any additional services like bath, play time, brushing or photos in order to schedule it for you.
Owners are requested to bring their pet’s food so they stay on the diet their systems are used to. Please let us know if they have any allergies.
We try to make the leaving process as painless as possible for the pet and ask owners not to be sad. The pet does not understand but know when their owners are upset and this can trigger anxiety. If the owner is calm about leaving their pet with us the pet will be more at peace. When the owner is upset the pet will be upset.
We find that pets respond like kids at daycare and once the parents have left and they feel secure, they will start having fun until their family returns.
The feature of having our dog runs out front where our canine visitors can see everything is wonderful to entertain the dogs already staying with us but can be a bit scary and overwhelming to the first time visitor. All the barking may frighten the new comer but once they are here and see that it is safe and fun they are usually happy to come back.
We recommend that you bring your Cat in a small carrier and allow us to place the carrier in their villa, leaving it there with the door removed. This way the pet can decide when they want to come out and investigate without feeling pushed into it. Felines have a mind of their own and do much better when we allow them to have their space and time to decide for them selves that this place is safe and a fun place to visit.
