Because we live here we can return your emergency calls at any time.
Sunday is our day of rest so please only call between 4 PM to 5 PM if you have your Pets scheduled for that Sunday.
In the event we cannot get to your call we hope you will use the answering machine or voice mail if the line is busy and leave us a message so that we will know you called and can assist you better.
If we have not returned your call in a reasonable length of time PLEASE DO call us back. The machine may have messed up or we may not know there was a message.

We do not recommend following a GPS, map search sites, or a standard road map to find us because thus far they all show our location different than it really is.
