The best time to reach us is
12 Pm to 3 Pm Monday through Saturday.
We try to answer calls from 10 Am to 8 Pm, but sometimes we are not able to get to the phone.
Sunday is our Day of rest and we appreciate it when those that call during 4 to 5 PM already have a pet Scheduled for Sunday or on Monday morning.
We welcome emergency calls at any time.
In the event we cannot get to your call we hope you will use the answering machine or voice mail if the line is busy and leave us a message so that we will know you called and can assist you better.
If we have not returned your call in a reasonable length of time PLEASE DO call us back. The machine may have messed up or we may not know there is a message.
Who to speak to?
When you call or come by you may see one or all of the residents that live here.
Larry Nolan is the husband of Kay and is the owner/operator of Woodworking by Nolan.
Kay Nolan is the wife of Larry and is the owner/operator of the Pet Tailor.
Barbara Byerly is Kay’s best friend, the Pet Tailor Groomer, and helps out with just about everything in the kennel except email.

We use a service through our web server, it is not a local phone number and we are not on line daily to receive faxes but if we are notified in advance by phone we will make a special effort to go on line and collect it.

Cell phones do not work well out here because of the Mountains so we can only be reached on them when we are in town.
