Our Policy
#1 For safety reasons, we never put pets together that do not live together.
#2
We give bedding to non-chewing pets visiting with us. Please tell us if you have a pet that loves to chew so we can take preventive
measures for the safety of your pet. Damage caused by a pet is the owner’s responsibility.
#3 It’s
ok with us if you bring a blanket, bed, toy or something that smells of home for your pet provided it is washable. Please
keep in mind that we can’t guarantee its condition or return.
#4 We require that all pets be current on all
vaccinations and are bug free.
Vaccines
for Dogs: We require the Rabies and Distemper
Vaccines be up to date and will ask for the experation date. Please note - If Bordetella (aka
- Kennel Cough) is desired by the owner it must to be given two weeks ahead for it to be effective and
we will not accept dogs during that 2 week peroid because they are at rist of getting it. FYI, the Canine Influenza Vaccine (H3N8) is administered in two doses given 2 to
4 weeks apart and is only required if your pet has been to a shelter or another facility at risk. We recommend “Frontline” for Dogs
Vaccines for Cats:
Rabies and Feline Distemper Combo Vaccine must be up to date. Feline Leukemia Vaccine is required only for cats going outside in one of our in/out Villas We recommend “Advantage” for Cats.
#5 We will give medications as directed by your veterinarian for an extra fee but we will
not accept pets having an illness that would put the other pets at risk. We do not take pets to the veterinarian unless we
feel the pet’s life is in danger, or the owner schedules it in advance.
#6 In case of an emergency, we will
make every effort to contact the owner and/or emergency contact Person of your choice.
#7 We do not automatically
groom pets that are staying with us. If grooming is desired, please make arrangements in advance for this service.
#8 Skunked pets are not allowed
inside our facility so we will not offend the noses of others.
#9 We release pets to owners only, when the bill
is paid in full by cash or check.
#10 There is a $50 fee for returned checks.
#11 We reserve the
right to refuse service and to require a minimum $25.00 non-refundable deposit on reservations.
#12 We allow pets
to go in & out as desired during the day through their pet door, weather permitting or will walk pets in & out as
needed / desired. We make every effort to make the pets comfortable during their visit. The County does require that all Pets
must be kept in at night.
Our Terms
One of the
reasons we are able to keep our prices lower is because We DO NOT accept any Credit or any Debit Cards.
Final payment of cash or check is required when you pick up your pets, before pets are released. Boarding Pets are charged by the day and there is a 2 day minimum charge
Over the holidays & summer vacation time we require a $25.00 non-refundable deposit
to secure a reservation.

When a pet will be with us longer than 14days,
we require a minimun deposit for the first 2 weeks of boarding and a payments plan set up for pets staying longer than a month.

Raising
Rates and Discounts
Our rates have stayed the same for many years but due to the rising costs
of operation we are forced to raise our rates for the first time in several years.
We understand that some people travel a longer distance to use our facility and we want to
reward them with the best for less.
We are a small family run business and are not owned by a corporation or run
by stockholders.
Extra Long-term boarding discounts are based on availability, length of visit and the time
of year.
