11 AM to 6 PM * In the event
we are unable to answer your call please leave us a message so we will know you called and can try to assist you better. If we have not returned your call in a reasonable
length of time during regular office hours please DO call us back. The machine may have messed up or your call may not have
come through clearly. Because Sunday
is our day of rest, please
only call between 4 PM to 5 PM on Sunday if you have an appointment for that day. * The
Pet Tailor is taking care of the Pets 24/7 but we have limited our Office
Hours By Appointment Only Monday through Saturday 11 Am to 6 Pm
&
Sunday 4 to 5 PM
Because this is also our home do not welcome walk-ins
Office is only closed on Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving
and Christmas Day

We try to be flexible for your convenience whenever possible but extending hours in the PM is more likely than opening
the office earlier in the AM We
always give first priority to the Pets that are already here. $50.00 charge to adjust our morning schedule for an early arrival. * Our Address

road map. We are located in the foot hills of
the Blue Ridge Mountains on a black top counrty road, some
services send you onto bad roads that will take you longer or you may loose signal and get lost. Also keep in mind there is no cell service near us, if you need to call us enroute and
can get a signal, we reccomend you pull off the road to make the call because it may drop out as you go around
a curve or down the next hill.
